Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Sauna Essentials. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee for launch customers.

30-Day Return Window:

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Launch Comfort Guarantee:

For launch customers, we accept returns even if the product has been opened or tried on. If SaunaGuard™ is not the right fit for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help with a return, refund, or exchange.

Free U.S. Returns:

For eligible U.S. orders, Sauna Essentials will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible, the return must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must not be intentionally damaged, altered, missing major included components, or show signs of misuse or abuse of the return policy.

Hygiene Note:

For customer safety and hygiene, any returned cooling briefs that have been opened, tried on, or worn will not be resold.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@shopsaunaessentials.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds:

Once your return is received or return tracking is confirmed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size, contact us at orders@shopsaunaessentials.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll help you with an exchange if inventory is available.

Limitations:

Sauna Essentials reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, excessive wear, missing components, or abuse of the return policy.
